Glowcraft3D Refund & Replacement Policy

At Glowcraft3D, we want you to cherish your custom artwork and creative desk accessories. Because our catalog includes both bespoke handcrafted 3D items and ready-to-ship decor, our refund and replacement policies are clearly structured below to protect your purchase.

1. Custom 3D Figurine Guarantees & Approval

  • Digital Proof Approval: Before any physical 3D printing begins, our artists will share high-resolution digital 3D renders with you. You receive Unlimited Minor Revisions during the digital proofing phase to confirm facial likeness, posture, and details.
  • Order Cancellations: You may cancel your custom order for a 100% full refund at any time before you approve the 3D digital render proof. Once you have approved the digital proof and physical 16K resin printing starts, the order cannot be cancelled or returned due to its bespoke, personalized nature.

2. 100% Free Transit Damage & Defect Protection

Delicate resin figurines are carefully packaged in custom shockproof packaging. In the rare event that your custom figurine arrives broken, damaged in transit, or has a manufacturing defect:

  • Zero-Cost Free Remake: We will sculpt, 3D-print, and express ship a brand-new replacement at absolutely no extra charge to you.
  • No Need to Return Broken Pieces: You do not need to ship the damaged piece back overseas.
  • How to Claim (within 7 days of delivery): Simply email info@glowcraft3d.com or message us via our store chat with your Order Number and clear photos of the damaged item along with the shipping box/label. Our team will verify and initiate your replacement within 24 hours.

3. Ready-to-Ship Products (30-Day Returns)

For standard, non-custom catalog products (such as our Melting Lollipop Pen Holder and Magic Pay Wand):

  • You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your item.
  • Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in the original packaging.
  • To initiate a return, contact us at info@glowcraft3d.com with your receipt or proof of purchase.

4. Refunds

Once an approved return is received or a cancellation is processed, your refund will be automatically applied to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
